Licence questions
What does the licence include?
Everything: screenplays, novels and games, and every feature in the app. There are no tiers and no add-ons.
How does activation work?
There’s no account to create. After you buy, your licence code arrives by email. In the app, open License and click Activate online: your browser opens with this computer’s details already filled in. Enter your code, paste the key you’re given back into the app, and you’re done. After that, Pro Writer OS never needs the internet again. If you buy from inside the app during your trial, your key is emailed to you directly.
Is the licence for one computer?
Yes, each licence activates on one computer. If you move to a new one, email billy@scriptmaster.co.uk with your licence code and we’ll free it up so you can activate it there.
How long does the Founder price last?
It’s for a limited time, as a thank-you to early users. Whatever you pay, your licence doesn’t expire.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you change your mind, email us within 14 days of buying for a full refund, no questions asked. See Licence & Terms.
What happens to my work if I don’t buy?
Nothing is lost. After the trial, every project stays open to read and export.
How do I pay?
By card, through our secure checkout powered by Stripe, our reseller. Prices include any VAT that applies.
